These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GlamRush2U’s services, including any websites, mobile applications, devices, APIs, or artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered generative experiences operated by GlamRush2U or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you enter into this binding agreement with GlamRush2U Inc., a Virginia corporation, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“GlamRush2U”) and you agree to comply with all applicable terms outlined herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any parties accessing the Services (hereafter referred to as “Users”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that GlamRush2U’s handling of your personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you access the Services through a Business Account, the GlamRush2U Business Account Terms and Conditions will also apply to your usage.
SECTION 13 (“DISPUTES & ARBITRATION”) OF THESE TERMS (THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT”) REQUIRES THAT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST GLAMRUSH2U MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE SUIT IN COURT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. SEE SECTION 13 BELOW FOR DETAILS.
The GlamRush2U platform provides a technology-based solution that connects users with a range of personal grooming and beauty products delivered to your door. Offers may vary based on location and participating locations available. You can select and schedule delivery of products based on your need. GlamRush2U acts purely as a facilitator, connecting you to beauty supply stores and other retailers, and does not supervise, control, or employ these providers.
By placing an order on the platform, you authorize the charges for products selected, including any tips, additional fees, or adjustments. GlamRush2U reserves the right to update its pricing model, including delivery fees, service surcharges for select areas, and additional fees based on availability or demand, without prior notice. All financial transactions processed via GlamRush2U are subject to applicable taxes and pricing policies of third-party Beauty Supply Stores and other Retailers. Your payment instrument will be temporarily authorized for an amount greater than the total amount of the purchase appearing in the original check out. This higher authorized amount will be disclosed during the purchase process and is a temporary authorization charge on your order, to deal with situations where your total purchase amount turns out to be higher than the original amount due to special requests, added items, replacement items, or tips that you may elect to add after delivery. Retailers set the prices of the goods on the services, and some retailers may set prices that differ from in-store prices, differ between storefronts, or differ from the prices available on other online platforms or services. The prices displayed on the services may not be the lowest prices at which same goods or items are sold. Individual retailers may operate multiple storefronts with different pricing, selection, and order fulfillment. You can view each retailers pricing policies which may change from time to time on their storefront(s) website.
GlamRush2U grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and utilize its Services for their intended purpose, provided you abide by these Terms and Guidelines. Unauthorized activities—including but not limited to copying, scraping, or modifying the Services, using automated systems to access Service data, or reverse-engineering its codebase or algorithms—are prohibited unless permitted by local law or explicitly authorized in writing by GlamRush2U.
Some aspects of the Services may permit you to upload or submit content (e.g., reviews, photos of beauty products, or special service requests). By doing so, you retain ownership; however, you grant GlamRush2U a perpetual, non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operational and promotional purposes. Any user-submitted content violating intellectual property or third-party privacy will be removed at GlamRush2U’s sole discretion.
To use the Services, Users must be at least 18 years of age or older to create an active account with accurate details, maintain account confidentiality, and adhere to GlamRush2U’s Community and Conduct Standards. GlamRush2U is not responsible for unauthorized account usage or damages arising from a failure to safeguard login credentials.
We request that you do not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt our services or systems — for example, by:
By creating an account, you consent to receive marketing emails, SMS, and push notifications, including automated calls related to Service updates or order confirmations. Standard messaging and data fees may apply. Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following opt-out instructions in a message. Note that transactional communications, such as order updates, can be disabled in your profile settings within the mobile app.
GlamRush2U+ is GlamRush2U’s exclusive membership service offering benefits like zero delivery fees, and reduced priority fees for a monthly or annual subscription fee. GlamRush2U+ renews automatically unless canceled through your device account settings. GlamRush2U may adjust pricing or benefits as needed, providing advance notice of any significant changes. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly specified.
By enrolling in GlamRush2U+, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method used at signup. To cancel auto-renewal or adjust plan terms, you must do so before the next billing cycle. Users who cancel remain eligible for their benefits through the paid term’s conclusion.
Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling of order delivery times are subject to the cancellation policy specified during the order. Once a GlamRusher has accepted your order or preparations have started, cancellation or rescheduling may not be permitted, and fees may apply. Visit your user account or GlamRush2U’s Resources & Tips for instructions.
GlamRush2U retains discretion to withhold refunds where fraudulent activity, excessive abuse, or contravention of Terms has occurred.
Certain services may involve enhanced terms where additional verification is required (e.g., photo ID for age-restricted services when purchasing select add-ons). Users are solely responsible for adhering to these policies. Adjustments to orders requested outside the scope of allowable policies may result in their cancellation
GlamRush2U is not accountable for any misconduct, service dissatisfactions, or incidents involving third-party GlamRushers, Beauty Supply Stores or other Retailers. Users acknowledge third-party content shared within the GlamRush2U platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees of accuracy, quality, or suitability. Please report inappropriate provider practices immediately so we may investigate.
GlamRush2U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or third-party provider activity. The platform offers no guarantees about service availability, error-free transactions, or personal injury risks with individual GlamRushers, Beauty Supply Stores, or other retailers or products. Users agree to release GlamRush2U from claims involving such potential factors.
To streamline dispute resolution, GlamRush2U requires users to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court (with the exception of small claims court claims). Arbitration follows American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) rules and allows each party to present cases on an individual basis only.
All agreement disputes (whether related to pricing, a provider’s cancellation, or other complaints) must first go through GlamRush2U’s informal dispute resolution channels. If not resolved within 60 days, arbitration may be initiated at the User’s request. Arbitration rulings are final and serve as the exclusive remedy for related claims.
GlamRush2U periodically reviews and revises its operational policies, including these Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated through your registered user account or publicly shared on the website at least 30 days prior to enforcement. Continued use of the platform post-update confirms acceptance.

GlamRush2U operates a high-speed marketplace. We connect you with products from premier local retailers and global brands, delivering them at the speed of your ambition. While we facilitate your purchase and delivery, the retailer or brand is often the seller of the product. We’re the algorithm that gets it to your door.
The product names, brand names, logos, images, and trademarks featured on our platform are the property of their respective owners. They are used here either with permission, under license, or for identification purposes only. We’re here to represent these brands with the style and accuracy they deserve.
While we hustle to ensure all product information, pricing, and availability is up-to-the-minute, errors can happen. We are committed to correcting any inaccuracies as soon as they are identified.
All third-party trademarks (including logos and icons) referenced by GlamRush2U remain the property of their respective owners.
This Marketplace Intellectual Property & Content Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of intellectual property, product information, and other content on the GlamRush2U platform. This Policy is a part of our Seller Agreement and applies to all brands, retailers, authorized agents (“Sellers”), and our non-affiliated retailers who list products on our marketplace.
This Policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of Sellers, third parties, and GlamRush2U, while ensuring customers receive accurate and reliable product information. It applies to all content provided by Sellers for use on the GlamRush2U website, mobile applications, and related marketing channels, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, trademarks, and pricing data.
Our platform connects retailer products with customers who want them delivered fast. To make this work seamlessly, roles are defined as follows:
Seller of Record: Retailers, the Seller, are the seller of record for all transactions originating from retailer listings. GlamRush2U affiliates are responsible for the products themselves, including their authenticity, quality, and compliance with applicable laws. Non-Affiliated Retailers, GlamRush2U, is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurately maintained at all times.
Marketplace Facilitator: GlamRush2U acts as a marketplace facilitator, providing the technology platform to enable sales and delivery.
Pricing: Retailers are responsible for setting the prices for their products. Non-Affiliated Retailers, GlamRush2U, is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurately maintained at all times.
Tax Collection: In accordance with applicable marketplace facilitator laws in the United States, GlamRush2U will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on your behalf for all transactions processed through our platform. You remain responsible for all other tax obligations.
To list your products, you must provide us with authorized content.
Warranty of Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you provide to us. This includes product images, copy, brand names, logos, and other trademarks (“Seller Content”).
License Grant to GlamRush2U: By providing Seller Content, you grant GlamRush2U a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt (e.g., resize for mobile), and distribute the content across our platform and in associated marketing materials. This allows us to feature your products and drive sales.
Data Feeds: Product information should be provided through an authorized data feed or another method approved by GlamRush2U to ensure accuracy.
To protect brand integrity and maintain a trustworthy marketplace, the following is strictly prohibited:
We are committed to representing your brand according to your standards. You agree to provide us with any applicable brand usage guidelines and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. GlamRush2U will make commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to these policies.
Your success depends on accurate listings. Retailers are responsible for ensuring that all product information, including pricing and inventory levels, is current. Sellers must maintain a reliable inventory and price synchronization process with our platform to prevent order cancellations and customer dissatisfaction. Non-Affiliated Retailers, GlamRush2U, is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurately maintained at all times.
GlamRush2U reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Policy or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion. We will also promptly remove content upon receiving a valid takedown notice or a written request from a Seller to remove their own authorized assets from the platform.
You warrant that your Seller Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights and that you have full authority to grant the licenses set forth in this Policy. Retailer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlamRush2U and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from a breach of these warranties or your obligations under this Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamRush2U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with retailer use of the platform or this Policy. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Seller Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GlamRush2U in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
This Policy is effective as long as retailers have products listed on the GlamRush2U platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your selling privileges at any time for violations of this Policy or the Seller Agreement.
This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of [State/Province] in [Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [City, State/Province].
GlamRush2U reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
