While GlamRush2U ensures rigorous safeguards are in place, payment data submission is subject to the privacy policies of those processors. If applicable, certain partners for extended payment options (e.g., PayPal or other services) may collect information directly from you during transactions.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing GlamRush2U! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GlamRush2U’s services, including any websites, mobile applications, devices, APIs, or artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered generative experiences operated by GlamRush2U or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you enter into this binding agreement with GlamRush2U Inc., a Virginia corporation, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“GlamRush2U”) and you agree to comply with all applicable terms outlined herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any parties accessing the Services (hereafter referred to as “Users”). 

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that GlamRush2U’s handling of your personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you access the Services through a Business Account, the GlamRush2U Business Account Terms and Conditions will also apply to your usage. 

SECTION 13 (“DISPUTES & ARBITRATION”) OF THESE TERMS (THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT”) REQUIRES THAT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST GLAMRUSH2U MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE SUIT IN COURT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. SEE SECTION 13 BELOW FOR DETAILS.

1. Overview of GlamRush2U Services

The GlamRush2U platform provides a technology-based solution that connects users with a range of personal grooming and beauty products delivered to your door. Offers may vary based on location and participating locations available. You can select and schedule delivery of products based on your need. GlamRush2U acts purely as a facilitator, connecting you to beauty supply stores and other retailers, and does not supervise, control, or employ these providers.

By placing an order on the platform, you authorize the charges for products selected, including any tips, additional fees, or adjustments. GlamRush2U reserves the right to update its pricing model, including delivery fees, service surcharges for select areas, and additional fees based on availability or demand, without prior notice. All financial transactions processed via GlamRush2U are subject to applicable taxes and pricing policies of third-party Beauty Supply Stores and other Retailers.  Your payment instrument will be temporarily authorized for an amount greater than the total amount of the purchase appearing in the original check out. This higher authorized amount will be disclosed during the purchase process and is a temporary authorization charge on your order, to deal with situations where your total purchase amount turns out to be higher than the original amount due to special requests, added items, replacement items, or tips that you may elect to add after delivery. Retailers set the prices of the goods on the services, and some retailers may set prices that differ from in-store prices, differ between storefronts, or differ from the prices available on other online platforms or services. The prices displayed on the services may not be the lowest prices at which same goods or items are sold. Individual retailers may operate multiple storefronts with different pricing, selection, and order fulfillment. You can view each retailers pricing policies which may change from time to time on their storefront(s) website.  

2. Conditions of Use

GlamRush2U grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and utilize its Services for their intended purpose, provided you abide by these Terms and Guidelines. Unauthorized activities—including but not limited to copying, scraping, or modifying the Services, using automated systems to access Service data, or reverse-engineering its codebase or algorithms—are prohibited unless permitted by local law or explicitly authorized in writing by GlamRush2U. 

Some aspects of the Services may permit you to upload or submit content (e.g., reviews, photos of beauty products, or special service requests). By doing so, you retain ownership; however, you grant GlamRush2U a perpetual, non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operational and promotional purposes. Any user-submitted content violating intellectual property or third-party privacy will be removed at GlamRush2U’s sole discretion. 

To use the Services, Users must create an active account with accurate details, maintain account confidentiality, and adhere to GlamRush2U’s Community and Conduct Standards. GlamRush2U is not responsible for unauthorized account usage or damages arising from a failure to safeguard login credentials.

We request that you do not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt our services or systems — for example, by:

• introducing malware
• spamming, hacking, or bypassing our systems or protective measures
• jailbreaking, adversarial prompting, or prompt injection, except as part of our safety and bug testing programs
• accessing or using our services or content in fraudulent or deceptive ways, such as:
  • phishing
  • creating fake accounts or content, including fake reviews
  • misleading others into thinking that generative AI content was created by a human
  • providing services that appear to originate from you (or someone else) when they actually originate from us
• providing services that appear to originate from us when they do not
• using our services (including the content they provide) to violate anyone’s legal rights, such as intellectual property or privacy rights
• reverse engineering our services or underlying technology, such as our machine learning models, to extract trade secrets or other proprietary information, except as allowed by applicable law
• using automated means to access content from any of our services in violation of the machine-readable instructions on our web pages (for example, robots.txt files that disallow crawling, training, or other activities)
• using AI-generated content from our services to develop machine learning models or related AI technology
• hiding or misrepresenting who you are in order to violate these terms
• providing services that encourage others to violate these terms

3. User Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive marketing emails, SMS, and push notifications, including automated calls related to Service updates or order confirmations. Standard messaging and data fees may apply. Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time by managing account preferences or by following opt-out instructions in a message. Note that transactional communications, such as order updates, cannot be disabled.

4. GlamRush2U+ Memberships

GlamRush2U+ is GlamRush2U’s exclusive membership service offering benefits like zero delivery fees, and reduced priority fees for a monthly or annual subscription fee. GlamRush2U+ renews automatically unless canceled through your account settings. GlamRush2U may adjust pricing or benefits as needed, providing advance notice of any significant changes. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly specified.

By enrolling in GlamRush2U+, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method used at signup. To cancel auto-renewal or adjust plan terms, you must do so before the next billing cycle. Users who cancel remain eligible for their benefits through the paid term’s conclusion.

5. Requests for Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling of order delivery times are subject to the cancellation policy specified during the order. Once a GlamRusher has accepted your order or preparations have started, cancellation or rescheduling may not be permitted, and fees may apply. Visit your user account or GlamRush2U’s Resources & Tips for instructions. 

GlamRush2U retains discretion to withhold refunds where fraudulent activity, excessive abuse, or contravention of Terms has occurred. 

6. Service-Specific Guidelines

Certain services may involve enhanced terms where additional verification is required (e.g., photo ID for age-restricted services when purchasing select add-ons). Users are solely responsible for adhering to these policies. Adjustments to orders requested outside the scope of allowable policies may result in their cancellation

7. No Liability for Third Parties

GlamRush2U is not accountable for any misconduct, service dissatisfactions, or incidents involving third-party GlamRushers, Beauty Supply Stores or other Retailers. Users acknowledge third-party content shared within the GlamRush2U platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees of accuracy, quality, or suitability. Please report inappropriate provider practices immediately so we may investigate.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlamRush2U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or third-party provider activity. The platform offers no guarantees about service availability, error-free transactions, or personal injury risks with individual GlamRushers, Beauty Supply Stores, or other retailers or products. Users agree to release GlamRush2U from claims involving such potential factors. 

9. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To streamline dispute resolution, GlamRush2U requires users to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court (with the exception of small claims court claims). Arbitration follows American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) rules and allows each party to present cases on an individual basis only.

All agreement disputes (whether related to pricing, a provider’s cancellation, or other complaints) must first go through GlamRush2U’s informal dispute resolution channels. If not resolved within 60 days, arbitration may be initiated at the User’s request. Arbitration rulings are final and serve as the exclusive remedy for related claims. 

10. Terms Updates

GlamRush2U periodically reviews and revises its operational policies, including these Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated through your registered user account or publicly shared on the website at least 30 days prior to enforcement. Continued use of the platform post-update confirms acceptance. 

11. Consumer: User Account Deletion Process

To delete your account in our mobile application, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the App: Launch the mobile application on your device.
2. Access Account Settings: Tap on the profile icon, then go to Personal Data.
3. Choose Delete Account: Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. Confirmation: A confirmation screen will appear. Please read the information carefully and confirm your decision.
5. Account Deletion Complete: Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. This action cannot be undone.

Retailer Account Deletion Process (Web)

To request deletion of your account via the web application, please follow these steps:

1. Open the App: Log in to your retailer account using a web browser.
2. Navigate to Settings: Go to Settings.
3. Go to Personal Section: Select the Personal tab.
4. Click “Delete Account”: Click the Delete Account button to initiate the deletion request.

Important Conditions:

• There must be no active orders linked to your store at the time of the request.
• Once the request is submitted, your store will be marked as Inactive and will no longer be visible to customers.
• The deletion request is forwarded to our Support Team for processing.
• You have a 30-day grace period during which you can contact support to cancel the deletion request and restore your account.
• After 30 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
