Meet the Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. A smartphone is also required with access to either Google Play or the Apple Store.

To ensure a quality experience, all drivers must pass a screening process which includes a motor vehicle report.

Communication

Are you able to ensure that customers receive timely order status updates and communication about item substitutions, In English?

Handling

If you choose to accept work that requires in-store shopping, will you ensure that care is used in shopping for, selecting, and bagging items, especially easily damaged items?

Transportation

Do you own or have access to a reliable vehicle, that enables safe and timely delivery of packages? (As an independent contractor you are solely responsible for securing and paying for automobile insurance in coverage amounts consistent with legal requirements, including any required no fault automobile insurance or commercial liability insurance.)

Mobility

Are you able to ensure safe and careful delivery of packages and grocery bags that weigh up to 50 lbs. to both houses and apartments?
